Anthony started his Real Estate career in 2004 at the age of 18 as a Property Officer, after being trained by an industry professional he was offered a position as a Property Manager at age 20. At 23 he was then promoted to the position of Senior Property Manager working directly with a representative from the Roads & Traffic Authority NSW. He was responsible for managing properties from the Inner West to the Sutherland Shire and as so has a thorough and expansive knowledge of a wide catchment area. Having lived in Ryde his whole life, Anthony’s appreciation and understanding of the local area is second nature to him.
Anthony has exceptional knowledge in all areas of Property Management based on experience and a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Tenancy Act. Having presented cases at the Tenancy Tribunal and Local Courts, Anthony has the skills to ensure his landlords and tenants are protected.
Anthony also has skills in renovating and upgrading properties in accordance with the Act. As part of his work as a Property Manager Anthony was responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing the renovation of properties with budgets of up to $90,000.
Anthony’s passion is Property Management, “my goal is to lead the strongest, forwarding thinking and highly trained property management department in NSW”.
